In this course you will learn about the Zentangle method, a simple but fascinating drawing practice that combines creativity and mindfulness. 🎨
True to the motto "The journey is the reward", we will create a so-called Zentangle tile, a high-quality paper in a handy 9 x 9 cm format, with imaginative patterns.
✨ No previous knowledge necessary!
The Zentangle method is suitable for everyone, whether you draw regularly or haven't had a pencil in your hand for years. All you need is a pencil, a fineliner, a paper wiper and your tile and you're ready to go.
By drawing calmly and consciously, you focus your attention entirely on the moment, which has a calming and almost meditative effect.
And that's exactly what it's all about: relaxed drawing without aiming for perfection.💫
At the end, you will not only take home a finished work of art - but also a little more peace and serenity.
🧘♀️ Yoga at the end
After drawing, we round off the course with a 30-minute gentle yoga session. Again, you don't need any previous experience. You will be guided through soothing movements so that you can start the weekend relaxed and moving.
