Dear people of the heart,
From Thursday, August 13 to Sunday, August 16, 2026 (summer vacation NRW) we cordially invite you to the Heidehof in 53940 Hellenthal in the Eifel. At this special place, embedded in vastness, forest and silence, we would like to immerse ourselves together in a lively community flow - a protected space in which encounters, connectedness and conscious experience can take center stage.
These days are intended as a shared space of experience, supported by openness, mindfulness and the desire to really meet each other. The interaction of adults, children and different life paths creates a field that nourishes, inspires and connects. The Community Flow invites you to step out of your everyday life, slow down and engage with what wants to emerge from being together.
This time is accompanied by singing and dancing together, meditation, movement and the diverse impulses of the participants. Everyone brings something of their own - experiences, talents, ideas or simply the willingness to be present. In this way, the program grows organically out of the group and remains lively, open and authentic.
It is an invitation to open your heart, engage in community and experience the beauty of genuine connection - with yourself, with other people and with nature. The Heidehof offers a powerful setting for this: Wide meadows, the proximity to the forest, clear air and places of peace support conscious experience and arriving in the moment.
Anyone who has ever been here knows that something very special is created during these days. An atmosphere of warmth, trust and lightness, in which deep conversations have their place just as much as laughter, play and quiet existence. New perspectives, inner clarity and connections often emerge that last beyond this time.
The group is deliberately kept manageable - with a maximum of 20 adults and 10 children. This leaves room for closeness, encounters at eye level and a shared experience based on mindfulness and mutual respect.

- Three nights and four days at the beautiful Heidehof farm

🍲 Catering
We form cooking groups, each of which is responsible for one or two meals. The ingredients are organized by the groups themselves, which incurs additional costs for the food. We cook vegetarian meals.
These days are an invitation to immerse yourself in a community of people of the heart and to create a shared flow. Together we create a space of warmth, joy, mindfulness and liveliness.

💰 Your financial contribution (incl. everything except food costs for the cooking groups):
Adults without child:
280€ per adult in a double room (only adults in the room)
380€ in a single room
Adults with child/children:
240€ per adult in a double room with additional children in the room = 2 adults + 1 to 2 children
300€ per adult in a single room with own children
50 per child (in most cases, children must bring their own sleeping mat and bed linen).
Examples of costs:
Single room: mother €300 with child €50 = €350
Double room: mother €240 and child €50 = €290 (there is another adult sleeping in the room)
I will agree with you individually which room you will get and how it will be occupied.
Your place is guaranteed once you have transferred your contribution.
