🔥 Two running groups - for every level (approx. 5 or approx. 8 km)

💥 The best thing? Participation is free and without registration - for members, friends, family and anyone who wants to!

We start with a dynamic warm-up, then go out on the track in groups and finish with a cool-down & get-together with free drinks and snacks at Club Otto-Konz.
