CONTROL ROOM

In the organizer's words:

On May 3, 2026, we will enter the CONTROL ROOM for the first time: music as a contemporary document - told by artists who helped shape this time.

RalfDörper will be a live guest at the premiere. As a founding member of the Düsseldorf band Propaganda, Dörper wrote international classics such as Duel and Dr. Mabuse and worked with producer legend Trevor Horn (including Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Pet Shop Boys). At the same time, he shaped another globally successful band, Die Krupps - at the interface of industrial, electronic and uncompromising attitude. The focus of the evening is on both bands and the worlds from which their music emerged.

CONTROL ROOM is not an interview, not a promo. It is an intensive live conversation about bands, songs and decisions - about studios, the 80s, risks and coincidences. About what felt special back then. And about what has remained.

Atmosphere instead of facts. Pictures instead of explanations. Live, up close, at eye level - in front of a small, strictly limited audience of max. 70 guests.

Hosted by Thomas Elbern - long-time radio presenter, proven music insider and active musician himself. He combines pop history, the present and personal insights into creative processes and presents from his own experience: attentive, precise and with a feel for the moments between the answers.

Tickets are available in advance for €20.00 plus fees or at the Box Office for €24.00.
Ticket holders have Free admission to the Day Noir Party from 14:00-19:00.
