They make sci-fi disco, tropical psychedelia, experimental cumbia, electronic noise with pop appeal and are still an insider tip - but the cultural press is already hunting down the two strangely beautiful predators of the German-Colombian duo COSMICA BANDIDA. Fieras is the fitting name of Manuela Illera and David Blitz's debut album, which infuses hypnotic rhythms, raw energy and cosmic textures into the sonic spirit of their tropical psychedelia. With analog disco synthesizers, Colombian cumbia grooves, Peruvian chicha echoes and electric beats, the COSMICA BANDIDA sound is both primal and futuristic.

Their spectacular live performances are haunting rituals where distorted guitars, looping melodies and vibrating percussion blend with pounding basslines to pay homage to indigenous myths, surreal visions and fiery sensuality, transporting their growing, enraptured fan base into a dimension of their own: full of bodies, shadows and voices that conjure up the tropics and the cosmos on the same dancefloor.
