Start your day mindfully, powerfully and creatively:

At Crochet&Flow, we combine a soothing Pilates session with a creative crochet workshop. Together we create space for conscious movement, focus and creative flow.

After the Pilates session, we move on to a relaxed creative part in which you crochet your own bag step by step - a unique handmade item to take home with you.
