Come train with us outdoors right on the Saale River beach at Peißnitz! At CROSS&QUER Outdoor Training, you can expect a varied full-body workout combining strength, endurance, and functional movements. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete—every exercise can be adapted to your individual fitness level.

Here’s how the workout goes:
✅ Dynamic warm-up to activate and mobilize your body
✅ HIIT/Tabata session for cardiovascular fitness and fat burning
✅ 8-station circuit training with a focus on cardio & strength
✅ Cool-down and stretching to wrap things up

We’ll be working out using your own body weight as well as various pieces of equipment that I’ll bring for you. Plus, there’s motivating music and a great group atmosphere.
