Katharina, Ricky, Victoria and Malou live in an assisted living group. Malou hasn't said a word since she found out at the age of five that sausage is made from meat pressed into the intestines; Ricky decided at 13 to stay in Germany without his parents; and Victoria is the epitome of neglected affluence. And then there's Katharina, who actually never wanted to be older than 18, but now her birthday is just two weeks away. The four friends have built themselves a little anarchic utopia - an alternative to everything they reject: Parents, school, rules. With their unmotivated social worker Ballack as a half-hearted guardian, things are actually going quite well. Until their "live and let live" agreement is shaken by Katharina's plan...
