Darien Dean is back with a new album - livelier and more powerful than ever. Inspired by his love of soul, jazz and funk and the rhythmic influences of his Jamaican roots, he skillfully blends these musical styles into a unique contemporary sound.

The release of his new album "Memories from Yaad" will be celebrated on January 18, 2026 at Birdland in Hamburg. He will be accompanied by Isma Hill on keys, who is a celebrated pianist and composer in his home city of Paris, Jonathan Ihlenfeld Cuniado on bass and Michael Grimm on drums. Not only a top line-up, but also a local affair of the heart, because Jonathan and Michael are Hamburg boys.

Darien's lyrics in combination with the grooves and his impressive stage presence enchant every audience and make the sparks fly. Numerous appearances in the renowned clubs of London, Amsterdam or New York, as well as collaborations with big names (Omar, Avery Sunshine, Joey Negro) underline this.
