In this hilarious crime comedy based on the bestseller by Karsten Dusse, the modern cult of mindfulness is poked fun at with relish. Björn Diemel, a criminal defense attorney and lawyer for wealthy but rather disreputable clients from the mafia milieu, is forced by his wife to undergo mindfulness coaching in order to save their marriage. Initially rather reluctant, he soon realizes that he can also apply the techniques he has learned in his job - and suddenly the hierarchy in the underworld changes. Crime comedy meets how-to literature, wellness vacation meets murder mystery: Three actors rotate in 19 roles and are careful to stay on the heels of the fast-paced story in a decelerated manner.

To improve his work-life balance, stressed-out successful lawyer Björn Diemel has to attend a mindfulness seminar with therapist Joschka Breitner at his wife's request. The practical application of the lessons learned, through which Diemel becomes an exemplary model student of his mindfulness trainer, takes its course when he realizes that he has received a tailor-made solution not only for his private problems, but unexpectedly also for his professional ones. Just how confidently and amusingly author Dusse plays with the crime thriller genre and masters the keyboard of black humor can be seen in the unfortunately fatal consequences for Diemel's client. Mafia boss Dragan is also to leave his previous careless way of life for good. In order to finally have more time for his family, Björn Diemel will - as the title promises - murder him with the utmost mindfulness according to the newly learned principles. He succeeds magnificently.
