What makes Frank Sinatra so unique to this day? The newly founded Theatrium "Big" Band addresses this question in a gripping theater concert: "The Sinatra Experiment" is a production that not only deals with Sinatra's music, but also explores the myth of the entertainer himself.

At the center of the evening is a researcher (Marcel Wagner) who follows in Sinatra's footsteps and delves deeper and deeper into the world of swing. His journey takes him through the singer's iconic songs and opens up new perspectives on Sinatra's incomparable charisma and worldwide success. On his quest, he encounters musical highlights and surprising insights that bring the fascination for Sinatra to life in a new, refreshing way.

Accompanied by the Theatrium Big Band made up of local musicians (Diana Schmitz - saxophone and flute, Theresa Engel - vocals, Dieter Krause - bass, Magnus Schmerfeld - piano and keyboard, Matthias Müller - drums), a musical adventure unfolds that brings Sinatra's contradictions and his passion for swing to life.
