Date My Band

On March 26, 2026, the Pop-Büro Region Stuttgart and Date My Mate are hosting a special edition of the Meet Music networking event. Under the title "Date My Band", Stuttgart musicians, fans and music creators will come together at the Impact Hub - with an unusual twist: it's not the bands themselves who will present themselves on stage, but their listeners.

In six PowerPoint pitches, fans present their favorite bands, solo acts or musicians from Stuttgart and the region who are hungry for more - more audience, more gigs, new band members or fresh connections. Each pitch lasts around five minutes and is as diverse as the scene itself.

The audience, consisting of musicians and music lovers, watches, cheers and of course has the opportunity to exchange ideas afterwards - for networking or just for fun, without pressure, but with good vibes. Admission is free.

You want to pitch an act?

If you would like to present an act yourself, you can apply in advance using a form. This gives the organization team a first impression and allows them to ensure that the genre and gender distribution on stage is as balanced as possible. Feedback will be provided promptly.

About the Pop-Büro Region Stuttgart: The Pop-Büro Region Stuttgart is the only publicly funded institution for the promotion of pop music and pop culture in Baden-Württemberg and is the central point of contact for artists and those involved in pop culture. It is a service offered by Wirtschaftsförderung Region Stuttgart GmbH and Stuttgarter Jugendhaus gGmbH with the support of the state capital Stuttgart (Cultural Office).
