And as an internationally sought-after organist, this musical all-rounder proves to be a top team player - for example when he meets the Capella de la Torre, whose specialty is Renaissance music.
Shawm, pommer, dulcian, trombone and cornett - on these historic wind instruments, the Capella de la Torre from Munich brings music from the 15th to 17th centuries to exciting new life. The passion and love for the many facets of this early music is shared by the ensemble, which was founded in 2005 by Katharina Bäuml and has won many awards, and the organist David Timm. With the musician, who works in Leipzig, they now celebrate Renaissance music with all its rhythms and contrapuntal works of art, which are also popular.
