DAY RETREAT & BRUNCH BEI PAREA

In the organizer's words:

We, Franceska & Jeannine, cordially invite you to our first Day Retreat: Yoga & Watercolor Art.
Immerse yourself in a day full of inspiration, movement and creativity.

In the first 90 minutes Franceska will guide you through a moving yoga class on the chakras, concluding with a chakra meditation.
This is followed by a 2-hour painting session with Jeannine. The colors you have seen during the meditation, we bring through intuitive watercolor painting, with creative and free techniques on paper. Simple step-by-step instructions on how to use the colors will inspire those who have just started painting.
Those who want to learn new watercolor techniques will let their chakras sparkle, flow and shine through mixing techniques and other materials.

You will also receive a high-quality watercolor set from Windsor & Newton with 12 colors and brushes, which you can take home with you afterwards!

Culinary delights are also provided at the Day Retreat at PAREA: afterwards you can choose a lunch alternative, order delicious coffee and other drinks and enjoy the relaxation after the Day Retreat.
