This band from Leipzig has set out in search of the roots of Irish folk and dragged them from the barren soil of Ireland into our climes. They have unearthed songs about booze, women and revolution, which they perform like the waters that lap at Ireland's shores - powerful, gentle to rough and always with the necessary portion of joie de vivre that is inherent in this music.

With their mix of classical fiddle, accordion, flutes and mandolin, carried by a rocking, groovy rhythm section, they bring every room to a boil with their very own touch of traditional and original songs until everyone is ankle-deep in sweat and Guinness.
