Maren invites you to a special Yin Yoga evening—an invitation to slow down, let go, and deeply recharge.
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll consciously give your body and nervous system a chance to rest. After a gentle warm-up phase with breathing and body awareness exercises, you’ll gain valuable insights into how stress and tension affect the body—and how Yin Yoga can guide you back to inner balance.
This will be followed by a 60-minute Yin Yoga practice featuring long-held poses, mindful guidance, and supportive props. The focus is on deep relaxation and regulating your nervous system.
To conclude, a guided Yoga Nidra sequence will lead you into a state between wakefulness and sleep—a space for regeneration, letting go, and integration.
A journaling prompt and a short letting-go ritual invite you to consciously tune into your inner self and release what no longer serves you. Afterward, you can wind down the evening with a cup of tea, either in quiet reflection or through optional conversation.
