The legendary death metal band was founded in 1987 in Tampa, Florida, by drummer and composer Steve Asheim, bassist, singer and lyricist Glen Benton. Deicide achieved true mainstream success in 1992 with their second album *Legion* and have since become the second best-selling death metal band of the Soundscan era. Since their self-titled debut album in 1990, Deicide have released twelve studio albums, one live album, two compilation albums and two live DVDs. The band is considered to be absolutely uncompromising in terms of sound and has created some of the best and heaviest death metal songs in its three-decade-long history. With their thirteenth album "Banished By Sin", they are finally coming back on tour here in Germany. Look forward to the most intense, brutal and wildly thrilling piece of Florida death metal!
