Learn how your nervous system works and what it has to do with your well-being
Based on Somatic Experiencing, you will learn in a playful way how to positively influence your nervous system, what oxytocin does in your body and why it is so good and how to keep yourself in balance in everyday life.
After you have learned how to balance your body, we will go into practice:
1) Feel the effects of the way we breathe on our wellbeing
2) Feel how you can influence your nervous system with movement, sport and yoga
3) Learn small live hacks that provide a feeling of security in between
