American singer/songwriter Brookln Dekker, better known by his stage name Dekker, has released three albums: Slow Reveal: Chapter One (2020), I Won't Be Your Foe (2022) and Future Ghosts (2024). In collaboration with Berlin-based drummer Stefan Wittich and mixing/mastering engineer Zach Hanson (Bon Iver, The Staves, Whitney), Dekker has developed a coherent and clear indie-folk sound. Since August 2019, when we first heard his voice as Dekker, Brookln has been on the road to success. Three albums, an EP and a few hundred gigs later, which is an achievement in itself since the viral years, Dekker is gaining momentum and attention across Europe.

Dekker grew up in the US Midwest and after five years of marriage to his English wife, who is also the other half of indie folk band Rue Royale, the couple moved to the UK and toured Europe extensively from 2008 to 2014. After a break to expand the family, Brookln recorded the album We Share Phenomena with his old friend Lambert in 2017. This reawakened his appetite for writing and performing, leading to In Parallel (2018) for Rue Royale, before he set off in 2019 to begin his journey into the land of Dekker.
