Demo jacket! What's that supposed to mean? The punk project, which was founded by school friends DEniz (bass) MOritz (keys) and Jesse (vocals), became more than just a leisure activity after John (drums) and Wolf (guitar) joined, the subsequent stage debut at the end of 2024 and the Nazidinosaur EP at the beginning of 2025. With a characteristic mix of all punk genres as well as influences from rap, hip-hop and three musicology degree courses they dropped out of, they stand out from the crowd of modern punk bands, and not just because of their name. Deliberately a bit snotty, rancid and perhaps even absurd, so that there is something for (almost) everyone. So look forward to an abstruse journey through the mental dissonance of the system with five young people at the wheel.

Hangry makes feminist punk rock. Catchy melodies, fast rhythm changes and big voices create a very unique sound. Hangry transcend genre boundaries out of conviction and dare to be imperfect. Driven by an urgent desire for change, they raise their instruments with frustration and pleasure against discriminating realities and pigeonholes. Angry, sometimes sad or humorous and with unexpected twists and turns. Between queer performance and authentic show, with Hangry the eye also listens. It asks itself: "Is that still punk?". Hangry says: "Pure punk. Not straight."

Hangry make punk from East Germany. Founded with the aim of changing reality on stage. In 2016, they played their first gig at the Böse und Gemein Festival in Dresden. Since then, they have played regularly throughout Germany. They have played at venues including the Rote Flora in Hamburg, Bethanien in Berlin and the Antifajugendkongress in Chemnitz. Hangry supported Turbostaat and played at the Femme Rebellion Festival 2022 together with Belako and She Wolf. So far they have released the album "Toothless Mouth" (2019) and "Bei?en" (2022).

Bambi Shoots Back are a four-piece punk band from Leipzig-Connewitz. Founded between lockdowns and curfews. Despite these initial difficulties, they were not lazy and recorded and released two demos in good DIY style. In August 2024, they celebrated their debut album (tape and LP). Musically, they locate themselves somewhere between punk rock and hardcore in the vein of Lagwagon and Propagandhi, among others. They play melodic, driving guitar lines with aggressive, snotty vocals. They were all more or less socialized in autonomous youth centers, mouldy basements and rancid pubs. Since 2020, they have shared a common circle of friends, an anti-fascist, emancipatory approach and the desire to make music together and, of course, play live.
