DemokratieKiosk: "Deine Stadt! Deine Stimme!" - Zine-Workshop

In the zine project "Deine Stadt - Deine Stimme" (Your City - Your Voice), participants engage with their district and design their own zines in which their thoughts, observations and wishes become visible. They develop individual contributions using illustration, text, typography, photography and collage. The aim of the project is to use zines as a low-threshold and democratic medium to strengthen individual expression and make diverse perspectives on the urban space visible.

Alime Ertürk's artistic practice moves between photography, collage and text and sees itself as a process of searching. In her work, she deals with questions of memory and invisibility from a post-migrant and feminist perspective.
