We show an overview of the currently visible starry sky, each supplemented by a special topic. For example, you will see new research results from astronomy and space travel. We also point out special celestial events or objects that can be observed that month.

The perfect projection quality of the Zeiss planetarium projector makes it possible to show not only well-known constellations such as Leo or Ursa Major, but also lesser-known constellations in which only a few faint stars shine, such as the giraffe or the air pump. In addition, we show the course of the sun, moon and the visible planets in the corresponding month in a strong time lapse.

If you attend this event regularly, you will get to know the starry sky better and better and experience the flow of time as it reveals itself in the seasonal changes in the view of the sky. The presentations are each supplemented by a special topic. For example, new research results from astronomy and space travel are presented, or special celestial events or objects are pointed out that can be observed that month - gas nebulae, galaxies, but also shooting stars or solar and lunar eclipses - and sometimes even a surprisingly appearing comet.
