Der König der Löwen – Live in Concert

The rousing music of Sir Elton John and Hans Zimmer together in a unique concert experience, with orchestra, soloists, choir and screen animations that touches and inspires! This is The Lion King - The Music live in Concert.

Film legend Hans Zimmer and Sir Elton John

The Oscar-winning soundtrack by film music legend Hans Zimmer has been shaping the globally successful animated film "The Lion King" for 27 years now: African rhythms and sounds paired with monumental, epic melodies. Sir Elton John's poignant hits such as "Hakuna Matata", "Circle of Life" and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" are timeless and composed for eternity.

The great voices of the star soloists fascinate the audience with their grace and skill. Every note lends each song an incomparable depth. In their impressive performances, they breathe life into the well-known characters. In the midst of this symphonic performance, the choir shines as they bring the well-known melodies of the film to life with their harmonious singing. Goosebumps - when the orchestral version of the iconic film songs is played by the full orchestra.

The audience is directly immersed in the world of Simba, Nala and co. when the songs are emotionalized with artistic screen animations. The cheerful rhythms of "The Morning Report" put you in a good mood. Very emotional when the orchestra takes the audience into the tragic death of Mufasa and evokes deep feelings and serves up the best entertainment in "Hakuna Matata".

Soloists, choir and orchestra, the Cinema Festival Symphonics under the direction of Stephen Ellery from London, have already thrilled audiences with their concert performances of "Game of Thrones", "The Music of Star Wars" and "The Music of Harry Potter". The ensemble is known for its emotional, true-to-the-original, powerful sound, which immerses the audience directly in the movie themes.
