In a workshop, among the amazing individual parts of an extraordinary marble run, Wim searches for the perfect solution. Here he measures, sorts, tries, moves and starts all over again! Which is the first piece? Which is the best connecting piece? What does Wim do if the marble always gets stuck? Could the visitors who rang the doorbell unexpectedly be helpful?

Curiosity, frustration and euphoria are very close together in this research project. How much control can and must I relinquish in order to set things in motion? How much chaos does it take to have a good idea? When do I intervene and when do I just let go?

A play with little language about self-efficacy, dealing with crises and the question of whether everything could be different.
