Join us as we dive into the world of the Baroque:
From 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., the focus is on the Ateliers de danse: a class for beginners with Sabine Keck and a class for advanced students with Dr. Roland Vogel, each with commentary. Please note that these two classes take place simultaneously—the perfect preparation for theBaroque Soiréestarting at 5:00 PM, which will be opened by our dance master in the magnificent Baroque Hall of Karlsburg. Enjoy music and dance in a stylish setting. Small hot and cold delicacies, sweets, and cold beverages—including sparkling wine and specialty coffee and tea—will be available for purchase at the Baroque Soirée. Look forward to dance and music performances, live music by the KammerEnsemble Ebel, and plenty of opportunities to take to the dance floor yourself—under the expert guidance of our dance master, Roland Vogel.
 

Program Overview:

1:00–3:00 PM – Workshops
Beginners and advanced dancers will dance in parallel sessions and discover the essence of Baroque movement.

3:00–5:00 PM – Break
Coffee, snacks, and time to chat

Starting at 5:00 PM – Doors open & reception
Arrive, get your bearings, and enjoy a welcome drink.

6:00 PM – Start of the Baroque Soirée
Opening remarks by Karl Wilhelm himself and an introduction to the evening.

Alternating dance, music, and performances
A lively mix of simple and more sophisticated dances, accompanied by live music and musical interludes by the Ebel Chamber Ensemble and singer Judith Laux.

8:00 PM – Break & Interaction
Buffet, mingling, and small-scale Baroque experiences.

Starting at 8:30 p.m. – Continuation of the evening program
More performances, dance rounds, and musical highlights.

approx. 10:00–10:30 p.m. – Closing
Joint conclusion.

Attire:
Baroque attire or festive clothing is strongly encouraged. Please no carnival costumes.
