Comedy Reading & Work in Progress: “The Tenant Whisperer” — absurd stories from the everyday life of a building superintendent, new stage sketches, audience Q&A, and a book signing.

Caretaker Rainer Guzek takes the audience on a journey into the world of smoke detectors, water damage, absurd phone calls, and the little everyday disasters. Blending stand-up, readings, and real-life stories, the evening is filled with dry observations, bizarre encounters, and situations that are actually too crazy to be made up.

This evening is a work in progress: new bits, new stories, and material for the current stage show will be tested live.
