Everywhere I see a winter in disguise. But in my breast still blooms that flaming love that soars longingly above the earth, buzzes around adventurously in the wide, yawning spaces of the sky, is pushed back there by the cold stars, and sinks home again to the small earth, and must confess with sighs and cheers that there is nothing more beautiful and better in all creation than the heart of man.
