An old apartment in Berlin-Mitte, the dream of a property. Marco lives in it, one day he will inherit it. However, he is broke and urgently needs money. He decides to rent out a room and invites people to view it. The whole of Berlin turns up: Various top politicians show up, precariously employed women meet ice-cold top managers, speculators meet left-wing autonomists who have suddenly become rich. And they all turn Marco's home into a madhouse. The craziest constellations arise, politicians become private, the private becomes political.
