A duck family heads south and experiences great adventures, emotions, humor and a breath of fresh air under their feathers in the new animated hit RAUS AUS DEM TEICH. Illumination (The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Minions, Incorrigible Me, Sing and Pets) invites you on a journey over land and through the air like you've never experienced before this Christmas. The German voice cast includes Elyas M'Barek (Fack ju Göhte franchise, The Perfect Secret) as duck dad Mack.

The Mallard duck family is stuck in the daily grind. While father Mack (Elyas M'Barek) is content to keep running the same circles in the tranquil pond with his family forever, mother Pam wants to try something new and see the big wide world with her children - teenage son Dax and duckling Gwen. When a family of migrating ducks lands on her pond, with exciting stories of faraway places in their luggage, Pam persuades Mack to take a trip with the cranky Uncle Dan via New York City to tropical Jamaica.

But when the Mallards make their way south, their well-laid plans are quickly thrown into disarray. The new experiences will inspire them to broaden their horizons, open up to new friends and achieve more than they ever dared to dream.
