In the organizer's words:
Fashion designer Angelika Kauffmann runs her studio and store in Düsseldorf. All of her designs are created by hand there: from the development of the idea to the processing and the finished garment. Her collections are inspired by history as well as the 1920s, 1950s and 1980s. The results are blouses and dresses with strikingly large puffed sleeves, flounces and high collars. Some of the designs are high-necked, others are transparent and always figure-hugging. The hair bands typical of Angelika Kauffmann
are part of every outfit. Each hoop is individually gathered and therefore truly unique. Sometimes a little smaller and discreet, sometimes large and dominant.
