In the organizer's words:

Diary of Dreams was founded 36 years ago, their debut album was released 31 years ago, since 1992 they have played no less than 700 concerts in 43 countries and released a host of CDs and vinyl ... and fortunately there is no end in sight!

In 2025, Diary of Dreams started a series of mini-albums, the final number of which has not yet been decided; mastermind Adrian Hates explains: "The series ends when the story is told." So the new musical dream journey began on October 31, 2025 with the chapter "Dead End Dreams".

The title is originally a line of text from the song Panik? from the 2002 mini album PaniK Manifesto, which was the first of its kind for DoD. However, the line remained unfinished for Adrian to this day; there was so much more to say about it. So it was high time to complete this symbol. Let us now embark together into completely new worlds of sound in the diary. The title gives away a little of what we can expect - dark and apocalyptic scenarios and a retreat into one's own thoughts in order to block out what seems almost impossible to grasp: reality; a world on the collective precipice.

Anyone who knows Diary of Dreams knows that their live concerts are a special experience, as they are full of energy and handmade music. 4 musicians play their hearts out in the truest sense of the word. The concerts are therefore always an emotional journey through many chapters of their own musical history and, for many, a journey into their own memories and future. So it's finally time for a new chapter in the diary of dreams.
