The ladies and gentlemen of Daffke take you on a journey through the bars and brothels of the Weimar Republic. The focus: the songs and chansons of Friedrich Hollaender. With a sharp pen and complex sounds, Hollaender masterfully captures the light and dark sides of being human, and the Daffkes bring his timeless stories to life.
