The Power of Emotions tells around 26 stories, but all of them have the same core. Kluge is someone who refuses (...) to trust feelings that can still be heightened, that play at being masters of destiny and can no longer be something: namely lucky charms... That is why Kluge gives his "feelings" names that are not names, that are hidden in miniatures, in short stories, in portraits and moments.
