Die neue Malerei der Sosse Braun

The best part of painting yesterday was lying around thinking up titles. Today, these titles have no function. And Sosse Braun? Sosse has no origin. Sosse doesn't drink. Sosse doesn't need anything. Sosse does not wait. Sosse laughs and Sosse draws on 25 diary pages, a selection of which Marcel Hiller is now showing as part of his installation in Duisburg.

Around 130,000 travelers and visitors pass through Duisburg Central Station every day. Since August 2024, art has been on display in one of the showcases in the middle of the main station - in the new Zentralstation exhibition space.

Marcel Hiller was invited by the operators of the Zentralstation exhibition space, Juri Nitzling and Robert Schörken. Zentralstation is supported by the Cultural Office of the City of Duisburg

The exhibition space is barrier-free. Disabled parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. Parts of the access route are on cobblestones. Visits for blind visually impaired people are only possible to a limited extent or with an accompanying person. Public transportation is available to the Duisburg Hbf stop. Free parking spaces are available on the premises. Everyone is welcome!
