Who hasn't experienced it: in hotels, you're always fascinated by people from all over the world and their habits! And what if this motley crew is also in a frenzy because they all want to go to Reims for the coronation but are prevented from doing so by the transportation system? And when the Hotel zur Goldenen Lilie has an excellent owner like Madama Cortese, who wants to make her guests' stay unforgettable, then virtuoso, coloratura-fired entertainment is guaranteed. Love potions, nimble staff, fainting over a missing hatbox, flirtations and misunderstandings culminate in a banquet with international toasts: Long live the monarch and long live international understanding!

Travel musically around the world with our ensemble and experience the virtuoso comic side of the composer Rossini, which we know and love from "The Barber of Seville" and "Cinderella" ("La Cenerentola").
