DisruptHR Hamburg: Disrupting Work and Evolving Leadership in the Age of AI

DisruptHR Hamburg is an event about the disruption and evolution in the workplace, in leadership, and how worklives will change with AI in the equation. 

Our events run on a rapid-fire format: 20 slides, 5 minutes per talk, auto-advancing every 15 seconds—no sales pitches, just sharp ideas about the world of work. We bring practitioners, founders, researchers, and leaders together to spark better people practices across Hamburg.

09:00–10:00 – Talks (approx. 6 × 5 minutes in two blocks)
10:00–11:30 – Breakout sessions (60–90 minutes)
11:30–12:00 – Soft close + informal networking
