A hot mix of klezmer, Balkan and gypsy music!

Watch out folks, here comes one of the hottest bands on the world music scene! Resistance is futile! The wild "dervishes" of Dobranotch convince with a spirited mix of Balkan sounds, klezmer and a big pinch of gypsy passion. If you don't dance here, it's your own fault!
The album "Merčedes Kolo" was awarded the 2019 German Record Critics' Award. Founded in 1997 in Nantes, France, its members come from countries such as Russia, Ukraine and Moldova, but persistent touring across Europe has provided Dobranotch with so much inspiration that the band is now one of the most exciting phenomena on the world music scene. Successful experiments often lead to incredible clashes, such as the Yiddish version of a song by Rammstein - "Du host mich".
In 2022, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the members of Dobranotch made the difficult decision to leave Russia. Since then, they have reformed in Germany with an international line-up and are continuing their musical journey.
They have their new album "Vander Ikh Mir Lustik" with them - translated: "I wander with joy"!
