South Tyrolean singer-songwriter Dominik Plangger will surprise us this time with an all-new program. Alongside his soulful original songs, he’ll perform a selection of covers that inspired him to forge his own musical path. Well-known names like Johnny Cash and John Prine, but also lesser-known artists like Natalie Merchant and Joni Mitchell. And for those who want to know why his songs wouldn’t exist without Townes Van Zandt and Hank Williams, he’ll share this very personal story—along with many others—in his usual charming and humorous way.
