After the current summer break, "Doppelpass on Tour" will be back on the road in 19 cities by the end of the year in fall 2024. After the autumn tour, the interactive stage program will continue in 2025. From January, 21 new stops in nine federal states are on the program. At the same time, the successful format is celebrating its stage anniversary. The "Dopa" tour of Germany "Doppelpass on Tour" will continue for the fifth year. SPORT1 presenter Thomas Helmer: "I used to wear the back number 5 with pride, now our stage show 'Dopa on Tour' is entering its fifth year, which makes me just as proud. We are very close to the fans - right in the middle of it all - and sometimes have tough, controversial and emotional discussions. Mario Basler, Maik Franz and Peter Neururer, to name just a few, add fire and passion."

The demand for tickets is enormous and tickets for the 50 stops are available at all known advance booking offices. "Doppelpass on Tour", the event series for Germany's No. 1 soccer talk show, has been organized by Sport1 GmbH in cooperation with the event agency S-Promotion Event GmbH since 2021. The team around former FC Bayern Munich captain Thomas Helmer includes Mario Basler, 1996 European champion and former Bayern Munich, Werder Bremen and 1. FC Kaiserslautern professional (with the exception of the shows in St. Ingbert and Bingen).

The end result is an unforgettable evening, especially as local heroes such as former Arminia professional Ansgar Brinkmann and club bosses such as Alexander Rosen, former managing director of TSG Hoffenheim, and Otmar Schork, head of sport at FC Magdeburg, are always involved.
Heated, funny - and always entertaining: a journey through soccer history with soccer stars and celebrity guests

"Doppelpass on Tour" takes soccer fans on an entertaining journey through the past decades: with highlights from German soccer, the Bundesliga and many amusing and bizarre anecdotes - including from the history of "Doppelpass", the stage for the protagonists of German soccer since 1995. In the typical "Doppelpass" atmosphere - the famous phrase pig is of course also part of the game - Thomas Helmer, who currently hosts the "Fantalk" on SPORT1, welcomes prominent guests from the soccer and show business at the respective stations, also with a corresponding regional connection to the venue. During the two-hour interactive stage show, he chats with them passionately and lovingly about the most beautiful minor matter in the world - and of course also involves the audience in the discussion: from nostalgic stories to the current, hotly debated topics that move the soccer nation with its reported 83 million national coaches.
