Dortmund for diversity - human sounds better 🎶
Concert on 12.12.2025 at the Grünfrau nursery (greenhouse concert)

With our new concert series, we are sending a strong signal against misanthropy and anti-democracy. Dortmund stands for openness, respect and a colorful society. Together with musicians from Dortmund and the region, we celebrate diversity and togetherness - with music, encounters and attitude.

The Sunshine Coconuts, Kai Korda, Doro Kemper, Rondoprinz and Lars Wege will be performing on 12.12.2025.

They will be joined by the SUNSHINE COCONUTS, Germany's only Caribbean walk band, whose steel drums bring sunny feelings, calypso vibes and an international vacation feeling to every corner of the country without any technology.

KAI KORDA from Essen combines handmade acoustic music with honest lyrics about everyday life, new beginnings and farewells - stories somewhere between Stoppok and Dylan, full of humorous pessimism.

DORO KEMPER shapes her world out of words and sound, transforming poetry into music and creating an atmospheric sound that quietly gets under your skin.

RONDOPRINZ presents great songs between pop, indie and introverted elegance - multi-layered, vulnerable and hopeful like his album "Die Dramatik der Vergeblichkeit".

And LARS WEGE, Dortmund multi-talent between music, performance and art, finally brings his very own songs to the stage: guitar-driven Ruhr area poetry, in which witty slapstick and lyrical after-work beer come together.
