In a loving and attentive setting, we use music to help us feel and move intuitively. We celebrate the diversity of life ~ playful, inviting and encouraging.
Explore yourself in movement and express what is present, what wants to show itself and come into flow. You are welcome to do this in contact or just for yourself.
With diverse music from various genres, decades and moods. Dancing is sober and without shoes.
