Dr. Pop is the doctor for all things musical. He prescribes music samples and fascinating music facts. In his live show “Hitverdächtig,” Dr. Pop decodes which music can save a party, a relationship, and even a life. The audience gets hilariously funny answers to questions like: Why do termites chew through wood twice as fast when they listen to heavy metal? Why do ten people sit at laptops working on a hit these days, instead of just one person playing the guitar? Dr. Pop fires off samples of familiar and new hits from music history—ranging from hip-hop, rock, pop, and Schlager to classical and jazz. Dr. Pop makes it clear: there’s the perfect hit for every situation in life.
