Sports program and farmers' market with old crafts at the weekend.

The swb Dragon Boat Cup is taking place for the 24th time in the Schaufenster Fischereihafen. On Saturday, June 13, the harbor basin will become a competition zone when fun, sports and school teams vie for places. This year, the races will take place all in one day and will be organized by the Unterweser Canoe Club.

Drumbeats and fan chants

Colorful, turbulent and loud - this triad has always defined the swb Dragon Boat Cup in the Schaufenster Fischereihafen, where exciting competitions are held in various racing classes over 250 meters and optionally over the distance of one nautical mile (around 1.85 kilometers). Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., it is at least as much of a fun and exciting experience for the spectators as it is for the participants on the water, who use muscle power and rowing tactics to propel the twelve-and-a-half meter long boats through the harbour basin, accompanied by rhythmic drumbeats and frenetic fan chants.
