Until the 17th century, (almost) only men could be seen on theater stages. Even if the roles that were played were supposed to be women. So cross-dressing is not a new invention...
How did the term drag come about? And what else is there to know about it? The QUEER THINGS date "Drag - What a theater!" provides comprehensive information. Drag queen Vicky Voyage will guide you through the evening with historical information and thought-provoking questions. The QUEER THINGS team and the Munich City Library will also be available for questions and lively discussions.
