King David Soundsystem
was founded by Puppa D. in 1995. In 2000, the soundsystem relocated to Berlin. With countless sessions from Munich to Hamburg, King David Soundsystem has played a key role in the development of soundsystem culture in Germany.
Since its relaunch in 2021, Puppa D. and his companions Mark & Chilling Buddah have been pumping out 20,000 watts with the new soundsystem, always ready to entertain you in their uniquely heartfelt way.
King David Soundsystem stands for deep musical
love and knowledge, as well as the ability to drive progress forward musically, technically, and socially.
Their selections are diverse, ranging from deep roots, rockers, and rub-a-dub to new roots, heavy dubwise, and steppers.

Layla Carter
better known by her artist name @weristlayla, is a multi-talented German-based vocalist, MC, and DJ.
Seamlessly bridging the gap between jazz roots and heavy UK bass culture, she has carved out a unique space in the electronic music scene. She blends her formal training in jazz with raw UK grime lines, smooth R&B melodies, and powerful dub echoes.
Her signature sound focuses heavily on jungle, drum & bass, dub, and UK bass music.

Sotabosc
means “undergrowth” or “understory” in Catalan.
It is a self-managed music project from Barcelona that brings together local musicians to create art that critically analyzes and confronts the capitalist system. Their goal is to imagine and share another possible world: a world where nature is our habitat rather than a source of resources, and where solidarity and mutual aid are at the center of human interaction.
This vision is expressed both directly in our lyrics and in more subtle, reflective ways, always carried by a sound rooted in reggae and dub where the brass section and vocals take center stage, surrounded by analog effects and unique mixes that include studio mixes, specials, and exclusive material.
