How can we organize ourselves in these increasingly fast-paced times and in the face of ever new challenges? How can you grow and build reliable structures at the same time? And what exactly is self-management?

In our workshop, we will explore the question of why self-management is so important and how it can work in your organization and in your projects. We will present various approaches and building blocks: from simple hacks to comprehensive overall solutions. We will also discuss how to design effective and efficient meetings, how to create task clarity and how to further develop self-management.

Do you already have previous knowledge? No problem! We divide the participants into knowledge levels. We offer newcomers just as much valuable content and concrete opportunities for action as we do experienced practitioners.

At rising systems, we have been relying on the holacracy self-organization model for many years and use Kanban, Scrum and other frameworks and methods. Three experienced Holacracy and Agile coaches will guide you through the workshop. You will learn first-hand and from practical experience what the advantages and disadvantages are, what challenges lie ahead and why the effort is still worthwhile.
