Eberswalde Slam: Zwischen Ziegeln und Zeilen.

Between Lines and Bricks – Poetry Slam for the Land of Tomorrow invites you in 2026 to rediscover places in Brandenburg. Three poetry slams bring young voices to places where history, change, and the future converge: a historic windmill, a disused train station building, and the grounds of the former pipe factory in Eberswalde. Under the shared theme “What Is Tomorrow Made Of?”, the shows will be brimming with ideas, visions, and surprising perspectives.

On Sunday, September 20, 2026, Café Schmelze (formerly bloc.café) in Rofinpark will serve as the afternoon venue for the poetry competition. You decide which poems you like best. In addition to fame and glory, the prize is whatever you bring with you. Small and large gifts can be handed in to the host, Almuth Nitsch, during the intermission.

The project is organized by the Stift & Mikro association, in collaboration with the SlamKollektiv Eberswalde and the Kiezpoeten from Berlin.
