Amritha (Silke Amritha Schreiner) has been a passionate dancer on the most diverse dance floors of Conscious Dance for many years and has been DJing with great passion at Ecstatic Dance Bremen for several years.

Her dance home for over 30 years has been Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms® and she has been creating Waves playlists for many years. She draws on the rich diversity of all musical genres and invites you to an intensive dance experience with ever new sets. In the spirit of an unfolding wave that can lead the dancing body into a healing ecstatic state and thus to inner liberation, vitality and connection.

Her warm-up as a dance and movement therapist is an invitation to become more aware of one's own body and to gently release stuck structures and free the breath. She guides somatic exercises that lead into dance in a grounded, centered and mindful way with all the senses.
