A journey, a space of authenticity, genuine encounters, expression, connection and arriving in the here and now. Together, you create a strong, high-vibrational field yourself and with others by giving your being the opportunity to move from the inside out without following certain steps. It's all about opening yourself up to the rhythm and the music and intuitively allowing your body to express and embody itself. To welcome your feelings with everything that is there and to dance into trance and ecstasy with the music that supports you and accompanies you in the flow.

In this protected and safe space, YOU can simply dance freely and discover, explore and transform the beauty within.

🔥 No drugs, no alcohol

🔥 No cell phones/cameras

🔥 We don't talk to each other verbally

🔥 We respect each other's space

🔥 We dance barefoot/with socks

You are welcome to arrive at 16:45 to arrive in the room in peace. We start at 17:00 and close the doors then. Please wear something comfortable that you feel comfortable in and can move around in, bring a small cushion and a bottle of water. We will open the circle together, then after a warm-up (embodiment) we will start dancing with a live ecstatic dance DJ called Macej Mahu, who has traveled from Cologne. Before we close the circle together, there will be a sound journey with singing bowls after the dance to integrate the experience. You could bring a yoga mat and a blanket for this.
