Ecstatic Dance for women

I cordially invite you to a special journey of intuitive movement and free dance! In a safe space you can be yourself, feel your body in a new way and express yourself through dance. Let go of what blocks you and find emotions, vitality and inner freedom through dance.

🪐Procedure:

• Admission: 18:45 - Start: 19:00 (No admission after 19:05)

• Arrival: Meditation and sharing together

• Warm-up: Playful arrival in the body & connecting with the group

• Wave: Dance journey through different music styles

• Cool down: Relaxation and gentle return

• Final sharing

📅 When: Every two weeks on Thursdays, 19:00 - 21:20 (admission 18:45)

Cancellation conditions: If you are unable to attend the event, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the event and postpone your participation to one of the following two dates. A further postponement or a price refund is not possible.

No dance experience necessary - just an open mind and a desire to move.

Ecstatic Dance - 3 simple guidelines

1. we dance without shoes (or: we dance barefoot)

This allows us to connect more fully with the floor (socks are ok). If you need dance shoes because of your physical condition, that is of course ok.

2. we dance without words

This makes it easier to get into a meditative state. Body language and expression of emotions are welcome. Free dancing together and contact improvisation are welcome if you feel like it.

3. we dance as we are

No drugs/alcohol, no cell phones, no cameras/videos, no expectations, no judgments. No shoulds, no musts... Just be yourself. Respect for yourself, the space and each other. Consensus :)

18€ Normal Ticket With this purchase, you cover the costs. 20€ Support Ticket With this purchase, you support the event and make it possible to keep the normal tickets cheap! Thank you :) 12€ Helper Ticket As a helper you help us with set-up and dismantling. During the event you participate normally. Please be there at 6:30 pm and plan to be there about 15 minutes after the event ends. 25€ Box Office (if tickets are still available)
